TECHNOLOGY OF MIXING AND REACTION

PRODUCTION PROGRAM:

• The SMW mixers are used for dispersion of immiscible liquids (for example in the water washing processes), or for contact / absorption of gases in liquids.
  
• The SMF mixers are used to mix liquids containing high solid content and / or fibers.
  
• The SMS mixers are suitable for mixing under laminar flow, even in the presence of substances having high viscosity ratio (as in the manufacturing processes of thermoplastic polymers) and ensure flow of air piston. A very well known application is the installation in thermoplastic extrusion lines to uniform melt colour and temperature.
• The SMSL and KHT mixers are installed in heat exchangers for the heating up or cooling down in laminar flow conditions or to ensure a piston flow in heat-sensitive liquid.
• The KHT mixers, in steel propeller shape, are mainly used for silicones, glues and adhesives
